Refund Policy

A full refund may be considered if items are returned within 5 days, excluding shipping and handling fees, and in the same condition as they were delivered. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, The Watch Co Australia reserves the right to approve returns and refunds at its discretion should the following conditions be met:

  • Contact our Customer Care team within 5 days of delivery on 0411 111 180 or info@thewatchco.com.au to initiate a return. You will need to provide your tax invoice, contact details and reason for return.
  • The goods are in saleable, as-new condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging with all original product tags attached and paperwork (such as watch tags and certificates). As new condition means that the item must be in the same condition as it was at the time of sale.
  • The goods must not have been altered, engraved or modified.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return post or other delivery costs for the returned goods and accept responsibility for the safe delivery of the returned goods.
  • All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. If we agree to refund you then we will refund you in the same way you originally paid for your order, minus a 15% restocking fee.

International Orders

Items shipped to addresses outside of Australia are final sale and cannot be returned.
