Description

The Patek Philippe Cubitus opens a new chapter for the Geneva maison as its first all-new collection in around 25 years. Unveiled in October 2024, it brings Patek's sporty elegance to a bold square case with softened corners, while its integrated bracelet and case design nod to its famous sibling, the Nautilus.

The reference 5821/1A is crafted entirely in stainless steel, with a 45mm case and just 8.3mm thick. Polished surfaces alternate with vertical satin brushing across the case and bracelet, which closes with Patek Philippe's patented fold-over clasp and lockable adjustment system. The olive green sunburst dial carries horizontal embossing, with white gold applied hour markers and hands filled with luminescent coating for clear readability.

Powering the watch is Patek Philippe's self-winding Calibre 26-330 S C, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. It provides a date in an aperture, centre sweep seconds with a stop-seconds function and a power reserve of 35 to 45 hours, with a 21K gold rotor that echoes the dial's horizontal motif.

Water-resistant to 30 metres with a screw-down crown, the Cubitus is made for everyday wear. Whether paired with a suit or worn casually, it is a confident statement of modern Patek Philippe design.
